Business Starts at Home

As a business person we often forget how important the start of the business day is. The average business person will state that their business starts shortly after having their first cup of coffee. I beg to differ your business starts with the early morning meeting with other members of your business environment which may include a spouse, a child, your morning phone call to or from parents or a dog, car or other pet. All of these things have an influence on your morning and can make a break your strive. Now don’t get me wrong, family and friends are important but it is also important to recognize just how much impact they have on your daily routine. It is for that reason you must consider the start of your business is the start of your day and all must be factor into your routine with boundaries. You must maintain some element of control over your daily activities both emotionally and physically.
